I come here every day on the weekends because I work right next door.
Reasonable service times, considering that it is often busy here. Food is fresh, and the restaurant is mostly clean. While not over the top for five stars, and if you like Wendy's, then this location will easily suffice.
Food was hot. The lines were long, and the wait was long. Lobby was cold
While it can be moderately slow going sometimes because of the line, the customer service provided here is excellent, especially by the gentleman who normally shouts out orders.
The one star I leave out is due to the fact that on a couple occasions I've gotten a slightly wrong order, but generally only under busy circumstances, and it's never a big enough mistake that I feel the need to replace an order. Travis, whom I believe is the manager, was very reasonable and polite about fixing my order the last time. For a fast food joint, I feel very comfortable with the service provided, and would easily recommend others to it.
The guy at the drive through window handed me a diet coke and told me it was regular. It was definitely diet. He was an ass! Food tasted fine.
Very nice staff. The only thing I can eat are the fries. They were good. I thought the portions could have been bigger
