Impersonal and rude. When I walked in I was trying to explain the problems with my vehicle to the mechanic but it didn't seem like he was listening. After explaining he asked me to fill out a form with the problems the car had even though I had just told him. They were trying to charge me over $1000 for a fix that awould cost $600 or under at most places. When I inquired about why it was such a high cost, the guy got really defensive and told me to go somewhere else. Fortunately I did. Unfortunately they charged me $50 to look at the car, which they didn't tell me prior... so I paid $50 for them to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the vehicle. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the waiting room was cozy.
