These folks, especially Riky, do an incredible job at this location. They solved my problem quickly, professionally, and with integrity. I got a membership to Costco just for this transaction and would absolutely recommend them.
Just had our car's Costco tires balanced due to steering wheel vibration and the advice of our mechanic. The serviceman at the tire center called to tell me I also needed new lug nuts and centering rings and had a big nail in one of the tires. Rightfully I paid for these extra parts but Costco provided them which was a real help. And the all this work solved the vibration problem and saved me from a flat tire on the road. Thank you Costco and our serviceman Rachid Khayar.
We were in town visiting family and decided that we would get news tires while we were doing some shopping at Costco. We were told our wait would be 1 hour for new tires to be put on our car. We waited in Costco for over 4! When they finally finished the man that checked us out apologized and said that the manager kept putting people in ahead of us for some reason. Totally disgusted. They have lost any future business from us.

Heading from Bozeman to Kalispell on a Friday night, we got a flat 40 miles out side of Missoula. Costco Tire was the only place open. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Rachid was upfront and honest with us. He, Bob and a other tech worked their tails off getting 4 new tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour.
