I locked my car out and was a little apprehensive about calling Red's after reading the reviews here. The dispatch lady was a bit less than personable, only reason I gave them a four out five. They got to my car within 20 minutes and he had unlocked it in under five. David gave me awesome customer service and I really appreciated his help. I just wanted to throw my two cents in since all the reviews here are so bad. I had a good experience!
Was glad Donna the dispatcher was able to help my 75 year old mother whose car broke down at a stop light on a Sunday no less. She dispatched someone very quickly and had the car towed efficiently. Even with just my first name. Always turn to Iron Horse for towing needs.
When our car started dumping antifreeze all over the ground on a weekend visit to Missoula we were desperate. We called another repair shop and had it towed to them. When they called to say it was the radiator and it would be $1,100 my family told me to have them stop. Family recommended IRON HORSE TOWING AND REPAIR. Iron Horse took care of the REAL ISSUE, the water pump, and had us back on the road by noon on Monday! $663 to undo what the other shop had started and replace the pump. Larry and the rest of the crew were awesome! Would send all of my family , friends, and acquaintances to IRON HORSE!

Outstanding Company!!! After waiting an hour on the phone with AAA only to get hosed (apparently none of their contracted towing companies could help out at 9pm on a Sunday night - but they told us call back first thing in the morning and they'd send someone right out) Iron Horse to the rescue. We called Miss Donna and she sent James out to help us ASAP. He got us all squared away in the nearest town (MSLA) and we thought we had a plan. The next morning, we called AAA again to get us from MSLA home to GTF, and AAA told us none of their contracted providers were willing to go that far. We called Iron Horse again, and they helped us out without hesitation. In less than an hour, Nate had arrived with a flatbed and loaded our vehicle and was on the road. Top notch customer service, professional drivers, and just plain good people. I would absolutely recommend Iron Horse Towing to anyone who needed help! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!!
