EJ and Jenny run a tight ship. They are intelligent and detail oriented people. I am the kind of neurotic person who researches everything and notices everything. They have made every trip to Roemer's top notch, even when they are busy beyond their parking capacity. Prices are slightly higher then online, but they will usually make and effort to come down somewhat. Also, it is a family owned franchise.
Don't bring your vehicle in for mechanical work if you want your vehicle back within a week of dropping it off. All I got was excuses that they were "slammed" and weren't able to get to it.
I called Roemer's on short notice to see if they could get my truck in and out of the shop within a day or two. They told me to bring it down the next day and they would be happy to work on it. I had to call them at the end of the day to get an update and they said they got slammed with issues and wasn't able to get to it but the guy assured me it would be done end of the day the next day. I waited all day without any update, called them to get some info, was told I would receive a call back and never got it. Had to call them AGAIN and the guy gave me the same excuse "oh man, we were just so slammed this afternoon". They wanted to keep my vehicle parked in downtown Missoula for 3 days before they "might be able to get it fixed by the end of day 3".
As always, great service at Roemer's Point S! I was having new tires installed on very expensive forged BMW wheels, and John's team used extreme care in mounting and balancing the tires. I drove 75 miles from Polson to have Roemer's work on my wheels.

I had my snow tires put on here. Super fast, affordable, and high quality service. They even have a complimentary shuttle that will take you home/pick you up while you wait for your car to be serviced.
I love Point S Roemer's in Missoula. Bought all 4 tires there and all of my service on my tires has been free!! They even have a FREE shuttle service so you don't have to wait at the shop. The owner himself picked me up with a shuttle and was extremely friendly and kind. Staff is always friendly and helpful and most of them even remember my face and name! Would definitely recommend them! I will continue to do all of my tire needs there. Thank you Roemer's!
