We were travelling from Canada when we had car trouble and after calling Willy's we thought they could help. We left the car there (and told them the most likely problem was the clutch) and we had to wait for a week. When we got the car back all they had done was bleed the line. After leaving Missoula we got as far as Polson before we had the same problems. We phoned our mechanic in Calgary and he did not understand why they only bled the line and did not fix it. We got the car back to Canada but now both the clutch and transmission are gone because of driving it back.
What a joke..
No new IAC valve was placed in my car. It shows even on the receipts that the stalker and liar owner posted on social media.

If that guy knew anything about the business he runs and customer service, he wouldn't be saying on a Google review how terrible his customer's car is since it came out of his own shop 3 times!
I came into Willy's a couple years ago to fix a problem with my car overheating. They did a great job and I haven't had a problem since. Recently, I've had a problem with my wipers. Willy's being the only place I've gone to for car issues was my first choice and I was not disappointed. Turns out it was a quick fix and they got it in and out right away. The guys at Willy's were friendly, informative, and efficient. I'll definitely be back again! Thanks guys!!!

Why did they not fix our car when they said they would (and they had over a week to do it). Willy's caused us stress, time wasted and now we had to replace the transmission as well as the clutch. Had they have done what they said they were going to do (replace clutch) I would not have had to go through this. If they did not want to do the work just tell me that.
I will be taking him to court very soon. And fyi yes I am selling the car now because of their mistakes and incompetence. It is sold as mechanics special with every problem with it listed.
Incompetent is the word that describes this shop. They did a timing belt / waterpump job on my car. Now when I turn the AC on, the pump does not circulate coolant and the car overheats. $1000 job. Then I had 2 other visits for an idle issue. For $160 they reinserted the same valve I had already put in there myself (although I did put it in incorrectly) but that didn't solve the issue. Came back for $40 visit, and all they did was turn up the idle screw (a 2 miinute job), they didn't fix the core issue, and the engine light and the idle problem still keeps popping up. Avoid at all costs and find a shop that knows wth they're doing.
So instead of giving me a call and apologizing and having me change this review, the prick owner tracked me down on facebook to send me a message calling me an "asswipe". Take your business to someone who'd be grateful to have it.
Willy's Auto put a new transmission in my son's 06 Chevy truck. By far the best price and customer service. Willy took the time to explain to me the work required and gave me a quote. He was very honest and I didn't feel he tried to take advantage of my being female with very little mechanical knowledge. I double checked everything with my older son and he said to go with this shop for the repairs; My older son could have done the work but he was too far away. When we picked up the truck Willy even knocked the price down a little, which was a surprise! The work was done on time and we have absolutely no complaints. My son was back on the road with no further issues. Thank you Willy's Auto!
