I'm used to mechanics trying to rob me of every penny I have, but not these guys. They were completely honest about what they thought was wrong with my jeep and charged me a fair price. I will definietly go back if I have other automotive woes. The only drawback is how busy they are. It took me twoo weeks to get my jeep in.
Figured if someone that was busy could take just a brief moment out of their day to speak with two tourists, it must be a pretty good shop.

I'm always surprised at how low their prices are compared with other chain and discount repair shops. They have worked hard for me on a number of occasions to source parts at lower prices than other shops quoted me. They have diagnosed issues that other shops misdiagnosed, they seem very knowledgeable.
Can't comment on their service - can only comment on their friendliness. My husband and I were in town visiting when we saw this nice, old auto shop. We approached a man unloading parts from his SUV and van and complimented him on what a great shop he had. Clearly he was busy, but he took the time out of his day to stop what he was doing and talk cars and shops with my husband and I. He said he was grateful to be able to work in a shop that had such history..."if the walls could talk," he said as he pointed out an original mural on the interior wall.
They say they fix import cars but when I brought my Audi in there they botched the job and sent me on the way. They got it running, but couldn't locate the problem after two days of work on it and guessed what the source of the trouble was. They told me they were "yanking" wires out of the fuse box and that they still didn't know what was going on. After I told them I would accept the fact that my windows weren't working they left the damn window open for me to drive without a means of getting the damn thing closed. I would advise someone to go to Mountain Imports or to ride a bike before taking a car to this place. Mountain Imports was better. The price here is $100 per hour to look at your car.
