It was a night mare. Do not travel with Greyhound bus lines. You have been warned
The worst customer service I have ever encountered.lost my baggage
Lost 4 boxes. The buses weren't all clean
Closed on my arrival. Filthy outside building perimeter. No security nor adequate lighting.
Drivers were rude. The clerk's were agrumative
The bus didn't come to my city. No one told me. I have yet to get an answer
Not a bad trip at all. We were on a smaller bus which gave us a chance to get to know our fellow travelers.
I'm from out of state and had issues shipping a box via Greyhound from Florida to Montana. This group graciously helped me locate my package, and held it for three weeks until I could fly back out to retrieve it. Great service, extremely nice people!!
The first time was long but awesome. I loved the bus experience, and everybody was quiet and peaceful. The driver was excellent, loved how he had done his job accordingly and just laid back.
