This place is great when your lawn mower isn't working or your weed eater but when it comes to snow blowers they say they can fix them but they don't and also they said that the brand went went out of business but later that evening I saw a commercial on T.V that Ace hardware carries that same brand that we own so but aware when to take stuff them to get fixed
Zero service! Wouldn't touch my saw unless it was Stihl! Only power pros if it's a Stihl or Toro. Never going back!
It's always a bad sign when you aren't greeted, or even acknowledged, but the first employee you see. It's also a pretty amatuer situation when the manager, or assistant manager, tells the only customer in the place to stand there and wait while two employees handle the same phone call and one mills about putting things away. Add to this a no-can-do, I'm the expert here tone with finding a very simple part without a exact model number, after a needless wait, and you get a fairly deep pocketed customer who finds the place laughable, and unusable. Cheers!
