I'm a home owner, in the process of redueing my roof. I was going through Tom, until he became so ignorant that he would not listen to me at all. Tom ended up costing me thousands more then I planned on spending. I ended up going some where else. After I got yelled at and hang up on. I will never use R&S again.
Won't deliver unless you spend a lot of money even though they charge a delivery fee. Will never use them again.
