UPS customer care is ridiculous! They have a clearly scripted LIE they read to you when you are calling about your package. These trucks have routes. The lady at UPS just tried to tell me it must be on another truck or it was too big to put in the truck. Are you kidding me! We are a business, for the last 8 yrs UPS comes at same time everyday and now all of a sudden you are telling me the reason it was not delivered when he was here was because it is on another truck or too big! C'mon UPS!!
I was to have 3 packages delivered last Friday 2 I had tracking # on none of them were delivered I got one package today that was opened then taped shut that was from Amazon still have not got the other 2 one was from VA medical. I was home all day Friday nothing was delivered ? Your driver
Terrible customer service. We love our driver, he is always amazing. However I got a call from the facility last night about a package not being delivered because of poor road conditions. The roads were fine, no crazy weather or snow. The man kept yelling at me and telling me that I only had two choices to deliver to a new address or to come get it. He kept saying “listen lady!” And then hung up on me, I could barely even get a word in and all I wanted is to either meet the driver somewhere in town (which we do often) to grab the package or find out where this so called facility is. This man was so rude I’m not even sure how he managed to get a job in customer service but he doesn’t deserve to keep it. I will be talking to a supervisor.
This is where they hold your packages hostage. To get your package from this place you will have to offer a sacrifice,and possibly the promise of your first born. ( good thing my first born is a teenager ( nobody but mom wants them ) may the force be with you!!!
Excellent customer service. Had to retrieve a package before it was returned because I missed the final delivery. The people there were very helpful and I left with the package I was sorely in need of.
